| 1/4 cup Traeger Prime Rib Rub | 1/2 cup Orange juice |
| 1/2 cup Pickle juice | 1/2 cup Water |
In a bowl or pan, mix the above ingredients together, stirring the mixture to dissolve the Prime Rib Rub.
Place the duck into a resealable plastic bag. Pour the liquid into the bag, making sure that the liquid thoroughly covers the duck. Place duck in refrigerator for 24-48 hours. Remove from refrigerator and bag and rinse under cold running water.
Towel pat dry, then rub entire outside of the duck with a light coat of olive oil.
Start your Traeger and allow to warm-up. Place duck in grill, close lid and cook on medium setting (275 degrees for thermostat units) for 90 minutes.
Reduce setting to smoke and smoke for one hour, or until internal temperature reaches 160 in the thigh.
Remove from grill, allow to stand for 15 minutes before carving.
